Günter Pecht joined AIR's management team as CTO at the beginning of 2022. He holds responsibility for overseeing the entire technical development of the AIRboard, including the integration of all necessary subsystems and databases to create a seamless digital end-to-end platform.
To ensure the optimal implementation and operation of these technological innovations, he is in the process of assembling an international IT development team. Günter brings with him more than 25 years of experience in software architecture development, business solutions, technology platform strategies, and leadership of global innovation teams. From 2009 to 2022, he held the position of Senior Vice President at SAP, where he led international innovation teams, developed new products, and influenced strategies in the Future of Work domain. Prior to that, Günter served as Chief Architect, responsible for the overall architecture of the cloud ERP SAP Business ByDesign, and played a pivotal role in the transformation of SAP ERP into the cloud.
His professional journey commenced in 1996 after completing his degree in communications engineering.
